It’s as easy as 1-2-3.

step one

First, read our terms of service, which explain the main requirements needed for booking services. Then, fill out the quick Intake form, which helps us to ensure we are within your service area and offer the services for which you’re looking. This form includes basic information about your pet, its personality, and your service needs.

Though we typically respond sooner, please allow us up to 72 hours to respond, as the pets in our care are our top priority.

step two

We will reach out to set up a Meet and Greet. This 60-minute visit includes interacting with your pet(s) in your home, walking us through their typical routine, and if dog walking applies, your pup will receive a 15-minute walk. This service is $45, which is the cost of a one-hour dog walk.

After your Meet and Greet, once your first service has been completed, the $45 from the Meet and Greet will be credited to your account, thus giving you a FREE Meet and Greet.

step three

Once we’ve ensured we’re a purrfect pair, you’ll receive a private link to your online profile to input pertinent information including your pet’s allergies, vaccinations, food/diet, and emergency contact information. Then, we’ll sign a contract in order to schedule and begin services from your private client profile via our scheduling app, which allows for photos and live updates. Welcome to the furmily!
